Description
  • We fit a 6ft4” driver into this cage kit. 
  • This is the BACK HALF ONLY of the Full Cage kit. 
  • This kit requires welding and lower B pillar cutting to expose the factory frame for mounting as this is the strongest part of the car. 
  • Includes Billet aluminum 3D machined cage mounts, unique and patent pending to Trackspec Motorsports. 
  • Industry leading Aluminum Frame Mounting Solution. Patent Pending
  • Designed and CNC Notched and bent in Southern California!
  • All bars are tucked as high and as tight as possible but still allowing room to get the welding gun in there.
  • Main hoop and rear kicker bars properly mounted to top of the frame.
  • Tucked up high and tight to maximize window exit for driver egress in the event of an emergency.
  • All bars are CNC marked and numbered in the order of installation.
  • All intersecting points are marked with a fish mouth for perfect bar positioning.
  • ONLY available in 120 wall tubing for alum frame cars as they need more strength. 
  • Includes bonding epoxy, 16 x 8" grade 8 bolts for thru bolting, Washers, nuts, backing plates, drill bits and drill fixtures for accurate drilling.

ALUMINUM FRAME C6 Z06 Corvette Cage Kit The most comprehensive and installer friendly kit on the market. This cage kit is a collaboration of SPEC Corvette series drivers, engineers, and fabricators to produce not only the best fitting kit on the market, but one that can be easily installed as a DIY kit. The aluminum frame of the C6 Z06 Corvette makes caging these cars extremely expensive and labor intensive. We have seen many different shops cage these cars with most being questionable mounting methods at best. At Trackspec, we took an engineering and driver point of view and combined it with the latest in 3D scanning technology. By scanning the frame, we were able to engineer THE BEST SOLUTION ON THE MARKET. Our billet aluminum landing plates have the exact contours of the C6 Z frame and allow for a 100% contact patch for bonding and thru bolting to the frame as per NASA and SCCA specs. The billet plates then create a flat surface for you to land the cage on. This is an industry first and patent pending process. This kit also installs the main hoop on top of the frame AND DOES NOT require the removal of the gas tanks to install. All tubes are CNC marked, notched and bent with intersecting points marked for a no guess install. Its a truly hold and weld set up. Our instructional videos detail all the measurements and methods to open the car up for a quality install.
