What started as an image in our head 5 years ago has turned into a reality. We employed one of the top automotive designers to develop the kit and utilize the latest in OEM level production processes. From renderings, 3D scanning, to CNC machined molds, this kit is one of the best fitting kits on the market. This kit can be installed with very little, if any, body work necessary. We installed our kit as seen in the photos with zero body work and zero sanding but we have to add the disclaimer as not all cars are exactly the same. The flares incorporate an inner mounting flange to allow the use of internal rivets for a clean, hardware free appearance. With the flares, the front can run up to a 335/30/18 tire on a 12.5" wheel. A 315/30/18 on an 11" wheel also works very well. The rear can handle up to a 345/35/18 hoosier as well as taller tires such as a Michelin or Pirelli 31/710-18 tire as shown in the photo. The kit also includes front bumper lower pods to attach a splitter under(not supplied, only the pods come with the kit. You supply your own undertray). The two piece design allows for a massive opening for cooling and also reduces shipping costs. A 2 piece design also is beneficial if you have an off an damage one side. This will reduce shipping costs as well as overall parts cost for replacement. A truly modular system. We are confident that this is the best fitting widebody kit available for the C5 on the market.
